Plan discounts apply to standard service pricing. Plan extras apply to the lawn and garden services included in your plan. Between-visit weed touch-ups cover the same surfaces cleaned on your plan. No lock-in, cancel anytime. Complete a full plan year (Monthly: 12 visits, Quarterly: 4, Biannual: 2) and every discount you've had is yours to keep; cancel before finishing that year and we'll invoice back the discount on the visits you've already had, never more. Golden Landscaping reserves the right to update plan terms for new sign-ups.
Your first-ever service is charged at our standard one-off price. From your next visit onward, each eligible plan visit is discounted by a flat dollar amount or a percentage of that visit's standard price, whichever is greater. Monthly is $125 or 12%, Quarterly is $100 or 10%, and Biannual is $50 or 7%. The discount is capped at 25% of the visit's standard price, so it always stays a fair, workable rate.
No. You can cancel a plan at any time. However, Golden Circle Membership discounts are conditional on completing the applicable plan year (12 visits for Monthly, 4 for Quarterly, 2 for Biannual). If you complete it, every discount you received is yours to keep. If you cancel before completing it, we invoice back the discount on the eligible visits you already had, never more.
Plans are billed per visit, not upfront. After each completed visit we'll send you an invoice for the discounted amount, pay by bank transfer or PayID, whatever suits, so you only ever pay for cleans you've actually had.
Yes. You can switch between Monthly, Quarterly and Biannual at any time, and if you cancel and want to come back later, we're always happy to have you back on a plan whenever suits.
