Is this the same as body corporate garden maintenance?
Yes, strata and body corporate are the same arrangement under different state terminology. We quote and work the same way regardless of which term your scheme uses.
Do you deal with the strata manager or the committee?
Either. We're happy to quote through a strata manager, present to a committee, or work directly with a building manager, whichever suits how the scheme runs.
Can residents request extra work?
That's up to the scheme. We'll take instructions from whoever you nominate, and anything outside the agreed scope gets quoted separately rather than added to the invoice.
Can you work outside business or trading hours?
Yes. For offices, strata and commercial grounds we regularly work early mornings, evenings or weekends so mowing and garden work does not disrupt staff, tenants or customers. Tell us your preferred window when you enquire.
Are you insured, with documentation for strata or building managers?
Yes, we are fully insured and can provide our certificate of currency and any documentation a strata committee, building manager or facilities team needs before we start on site.
Are you fully insured?
