Yes. We work directly with builders and project managers on the landscaping stage of a build or fit-out, and can quote from plans before the site is fully handed over.
Can you handle both the landscaping and the ongoing maintenance?
Yes. Once the landscaping is installed, we can move straight into a scheduled commercial grounds maintenance contract so the site stays looking the way it did on day one.
Can you work outside business or trading hours?
Yes. For offices, strata and commercial grounds we regularly work early mornings, evenings or weekends so mowing and garden work does not disrupt staff, tenants or customers. Tell us your preferred window when you enquire.
Are you insured, with documentation for strata or building managers?
Yes, we are fully insured and can provide our certificate of currency and any documentation a strata committee, building manager or facilities team needs before we start on site.
Are you fully insured?
Yes, Golden Landscaping is fully insured, and we're owner-operated, so the person who quotes your job is the person responsible for the result.
Is the quote really free and fixed?
Yes. Quotes are free and fixed, you'll know the price before we start, with no hourly meter and no surprises on the invoice. A quick call with a couple of photos is usually all we need.
Do you take the green waste away?
Yes. Clippings, prunings and garden debris can be mulched back where that suits, left in your green bin, or taken away with us, just tell us which you would prefer when you book.
