Can you take a pile that's been there for months?
Yes. Old prunings, branch piles and bagged clippings are all fine, just let us know roughly how big the pile is so we bring the right vehicle.
Where does the green waste go?
To a licensed green waste facility for recycling. We don't dump garden waste on vacant land or in bushland reserves.
How often should I have this done?
It depends on the job and the season, lawns and hedges want a regular rhythm through the warmer months, while bigger garden work is usually a once or twice a year thing. We will suggest an interval that suits your yard, and on a Golden Circle Membership plan we track the timing so it never gets forgotten.
Do I need to be home while you work?
Not necessarily. As long as we can get to the yard and to an outdoor tap if the job needs water, plenty of our residential work is done while you're out, we confirm everything beforehand and send photos when it's finished.
