How does yard clean-ups work?
A full clean-up is the reset button: overgrown grass cut back, weeds cleared, hedges and shrubs brought back into shape, beds tidied, hard surfaces swept and the whole lot carted away.
It suits neglected yards, rental changeovers, pre-sale tidy-ups and properties that have been sitting empty. We'll be realistic about what's achievable in a visit, some yards genuinely need two.
Once it's back under control, a regular maintenance visit keeps it that way for much less than the next big clean-up would cost.

How overgrown is too overgrown?
Almost nothing is. Long-neglected yards, rentals between tenants and deceased estates are normal work for us, we'll look at photos and give you a realistic scope and price.
Can you do it before an inspection or sale?
Yes, and it's worth booking early. Tell us the date you need it done by and we'll be straight with you about whether we can hit it.
How often should I have this done?
It depends on the job and the season, lawns and hedges want a regular rhythm through the warmer months, while bigger garden work is usually a once or twice a year thing. We will suggest an interval that suits your yard, and on a Golden Circle Membership plan we track the timing so it never gets forgotten.
Do I need to be home while you work?
Not necessarily. As long as we can get to the yard and to an outdoor tap if the job needs water, plenty of our residential work is done while you're out, we confirm everything beforehand and send photos when it's finished.
Are you fully insured?
Yes, Golden Landscaping is fully insured, and we're owner-operated, so the person who quotes your job is the person responsible for the result.
Is the quote really free and fixed?
Yes. Quotes are free and fixed, you'll know the price before we start, with no hourly meter and no surprises on the invoice. A quick call with a couple of photos is usually all we need.
Do you take the green waste away?
Yes. Clippings, prunings and garden debris can be mulched back where that suits, left in your green bin, or taken away with us, just tell us which you would prefer when you book.
